Digital products can only be returned if the product does not work or is damaged.
The problem must be reported to us within 12 hours of purchase.

Recovery processing:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund request within 3 business days.
Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Exceptions:
